Azeroth travelling trick

WoW Gold Guide image of a Battlemaster Now having your Hearthstone on cooldown is annoying when you need to go to Azeroth and then back to Shattrath to do something quick like respec or check the Auction House. Well, when your HS is on cooldown, I recommend you to try this method:

  1. Queue for a battleground(BG) in Shattrath – one that’s timed and won’t last for hours. I recommend AB (Arathi Basin) or the EOTS (Eye of the Storm)
  2. Use one of the portals to the place in Azeroth that you wish to go to
  3. Go do whatever you want, you may only have a few minutes depending on the queue time from the battleground. The “Join Battleground” window will pop up for 2 more minutes and then you are automatically teleported to the BG
  4. Have some fun in there!
  5. After the game has finished, you are automatically teleported back to the place you joined in which is Shattrath

So you’re able to do your thing in Azeroth and have some BG fun… What more could you ask ;)

WoW Keylogger on the loose

Sorry for the slow update… I had to do last-minute homework :P Holidays end today..

A mate of mine was keylogged and lost quite a bit of stuff known as TEM57C.TMP.EXE (read more about it here )

It’s been around since February, but I would just like to bring it to your attention as it’s been spreading quite rapidly. Now I wouldn’t want to bore you with what it does, but be sure to have a decent anti-virus (I recommend Nod32 or Avast) and a Firewall (I recommend Comodo Firewall)!

The easiest way to check if you’re infected with this WoW keylogger is to check your running processes (Task Manager –> Processes). If you have something running called SCV host (NOT SVC host, which isĀ  windows process) then you’re infected and should do some serious scanning and be more careful.

Back to my homework >_<

It’s Void Shattering

If you guys have been listening to me and have been reading the patch notes. You would have found out that the cooldown on Void Shatters are being removed. So what I suggest you to do is to stack up on Void Crystals now and then sell them off after the patch is put in place as the price and demand for these regeants will increase dramatically.

Fel Iron Ore prospecting

Ever since the last patch, I seem to be getting more and more blue gems from prospecting Fel Iron Ore. These blue gems can sell for around 8-10g a stack depending on your server. To make money from this, you will need a high level of jewelcrafting (enough to prospect Fel Iron Ore)
and a starting budget of around 200g (the more the better).

Now all you have to do is go to the AH and buy as much Fel Iron Ore as you can and then prospect every single one of them. This may take some time but it is totally worth it. After prospecting all of them, you should get a few blue gems – either sell them as they are or cut them before selling. One of the best thing about this method is that it is very hard to lose money even if you get no blue gems! I have once gotten 32 blue gems and 128 green ones from 40 stacks of Fel Iron Ore. I average a return of 150% profit from this method, now THATS what I call good money!

After your first round of prospecting, you can repeat the method as many times you want… Or until you get bored :P

I’m sorry if there are spelling mistakes in this post… Done on my iPhone as my computer screwed up once again.. Faulty hardware on new computers ftl :(
