As my main gets closer and closer to level 70 (only 500,000 experience to go), I’ve been running through all of the quests in Terokkar Forest. At level 67 and higher all of these quests are pieces of cake and result in fast experience and nice rewards and loot.
Anyway, what I learned rather quickly is that there is a market for Arakkoa feathers at the Auction House. Wowhead’s average buyout price is 1g per feather but on my server it is more like 1.5 - 2g per feather. Since a nice chunk of the Terokkar quests involve the Arakkoa it doesn’t take long to build up quite a collection of their feathers to sell.
I’ve been selling them in blocks of 10, instead of the maximum of 20, for about 18 - 20g depending on the competition. They’ve sold every time and I highly recommend you try it out for yourself.
