This is a fairly common way of making money disenchanting Netherweave cloth.
Heres what you need:
- 225+ Enchanting
- 310+ Tailoring
- Gold/Netherweave cloth
Method:
- Buy Netherweave cloth from the Auction House for under 3.5g (ultimately depends on the price on your server)
- Make Netherweave Bracers
- Disenchant it!
You have a high chance of getting either 2-3 Arcane Dusts or Lesser Planar Essence – both which sells 
more than the Netherweave cloth! I know this is quite a common way already (just check the amount of time it has been disenchanted "This item has been disenchanted 10989 times." 
), but it works!
If you do not have the required proffesions, just ask a friend to do it for you and split the profit.
