Solo Running Scarlet Monastery Graveyard

Solo instance running is one way to farm for World of Warcraft gold. You will have the area all to yourself and you get to have all the items to yourself. If you’re around level 42 and above then you should try soloing the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard. This is where the Butcher is dropped. It is the best sword for a level 29 twink. It is a sought after sword and I found one at the Auction House with an asking price of 100 gold.
Soloing instances will yield more gold than going in it with a group but you must be high enough to kill the mobs faster in that particular instance. The Scarlet Monastery Graveyard is perfect even if you’re just level 42.
The Graveyard is located at the left side of the main hall of the Scarlet Monastery if you’re directly facing the locked doors. If you’re toon is at level 42, you’re aggro area will be small enough that you can sneak past the humans at early part of the Graveyard. Don’t waste your time and effort on these mobs. They don’t give enough gold to make them worthy of your time.
But if you’re level is higher, let’s say at level 55, you must clear the area of the Torture Chamber where the chest is located. The chest is known to contain blue items most of the time.
Go upstairs where the Anguished Undead, Haunting Phantasm and the non-elite Unfettered Spirits are located. This is where the fun begins. If you’re level 42, try to avoid the elite mobs and focus on the non-elite Unfettered Spirits. These roam in groups of three but they could easily be killed. Although they are non-elites, they do drop items like the elites in the instance do. Plus, they drop an average of 5silver per kill and random drops that would include silk.
One hour in the instance, I have gained around 5gold and my bags would be full of green and the occasional blue item. Plus, the silk could be converted into gold easily. Although there’s a five reset per hour instance rule, you could still loot a decent number of items within the hour.
If you’re level is higher, you could clear the Graveyard for a more chance of a blue item to drop. This would be more profitable solo run of the Scarlet Monastery Graveyard. Try this one today.
